5 Amazing Ramadan 2025 Commercials That You Must Watch

Writer's picture: ClickInsightsClickInsights

The holy month of Ramadan is here and so are some great Ramadan 2025 ad campaigns. Honestly, I was expecting brands to put up a better show since many of the ads followed the same age-old theme of homecoming during Ramadan, unsuccessfully trying to lead the characters in the commercial and the audience into believing that they won’t be able to make it home, only for them to show up at the last minute. However, some brands took a different path and focused on delivering impactful messages.

So, here are 5 such awesome Ramadan 2025 commercials that you shouldn’t miss.

1. Wall’s Pakistan: Barhaye Khushiyan

Fasting during Ramadan is an essential tenet of Islam. Muslims across the world fast through the entire day and break it with an evening snack called Iftari. But while the entire Muslim world munches on the Iftari food, it is essential to lend a thought to those who usually prepare these meals- the mothers.

This ad by the ice cream and desserts brand Wall’s shows a bunch of cute kids realizing that just like them, their mothers are fasting too, thereby, propelling them to do something special for their mothers. And how do they repay their mothers’ kindness? Yup, you guessed it right; by getting them ice cream from Wall’s.

Now while I agree the product placement could have been slightly better, you can’t overlook the ad’s message, which is to be considerate towards those who care for everyone around them.

2. Alshifa Trust: Roshni ka Safar

Pakistan-based Alshifa Trust launched a heartfelt advert this Ramadan that showcased how small acts of philanthropy can light up someone’s world, quite literally.

The ad follows the story of a visually impaired young girl, who helps her father make beautiful lamps and lanterns to spread light in others’ lives even while staying in the dark herself. But one fine day, a doctor at Alshifa Trust Eye Hospital, informs her father about the Trust’s philanthropic acts upon learning about her disability.

The ad then goes on to show how the Alshifa Trust has been working tirelessly for decades to bring light into the lives of many visually impaired patients. And the girl? Watch the ad to find out whether the trust succeeds in restoring her vision.

3. Zain: Sajalna Hudur

Kuwaiti telecom giant Zain has released a powerful Ramadan television commercial, delivering a bold message against US President Donald Trump’s controversial Gaza 'ethnic cleansing' plan, which advocates for the mass displacement of Palestinians in the enclave and a US-Israeli land grab.

The video opens with a young girl performing a powerful ballad about Palestine, singing: "I only open my eyes to see you, my land. From your clay, my soul emerged, our looks go hand in hand." She is seen walking across shattered glass and rubble, raising a blue flag that reads: "Let us sing a spiritual peace that embraces a national peace."

An Iraqi performer joins her during the performance, passionately proclaiming his devotion to the Palestinian homeland. The video later features a speech by four-year-old Maria Hanoun from Gaza City, who previously went viral for directly challenging Trump’s Gaza displacement plan.

Regardless of which side of the Palestinian political conflict you stand on, you have to agree that the ad is impactful.

4. Mezan Group: Rakhein Apno ka Khaas Khayal

Pakistan-based Mezan Group has launched an ad series this Ramadan that underscores the importance of caring for those who care for us.

The 25-second spot shows a husband laying out the Iftar table only for his wife to be surprised at the food items he has chosen for breaking the fast. When she asks him why he has added food items that he doesn’t particularly enjoy having, he says that it doesn’t matter as she likes them, leaving everyone in the audience saying “Aww!” at the beautiful gesture.

5. Home Centre: The Kunafa Culprit

Popular online home furnishings and decor retailer Home Centre has launched an ad campaign this Ramadan that includes a series of suspenseful and humor-laced commercials. I know, they don’t have a message in it, but why care about the message when you can execute a wonderful ad campaign even without one.

So, coming back to this advert, the ad takes the audience on a suspense-filled journey asking them to guess who in the household could have possibly stolen an extra piece of kunafa as everyone waits eagerly for it to be served. Is it Ahmed, Ayesha, the sleeping grandpa, or the cute children?

Just in case you were waiting for the suspense to be lifted, Home Centre dropped the second part of this advert that reveals Ayesha as the thief. How do we know? Well, she still has kunafa crumbs on her fingers.

You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to solve these mysteries- all you have to do is look closely!

Wrapping Up

And that’s a wrap of some of the most amazing Ramadan 2025 commercials. Just like Christmas and Diwali, Ramadan also offers brands a great opportunity to dish out ad campaigns with great storylines, which is evident from the adverts covered in this blog. But will brands continue dishing out more of such awesome commercials? Let’s wait and watch!

We’ll be back with more brilliant ad campaigns for you. Till then, stay tuned!
